FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE:
invention relates to preparations used for photodynamic therapy
of patients with malignant neoplasms. Preparation for photodynamic
therapy is phosphinemethyl derivatives of phthalocyanine of the
general formula:PcM[CH2PO(OR)2]n where M is AlX, Zn, SnX2, SiX2,
TiO; X is OH, OP(O)R(OR), Br or other halogen; R is H, C2H5 or other
alkyl; n > 4 for Zn; n>=2 for tri- and tetravalent metals.
Preparation exerts the greater deep effect on tissues. EFFECT: enhanced
effectiveness of preparation as compared with known ones. 16 ex
